GOOD
Aux input, security system (GPS tracking!)
BAD:
When I dropped the car off, tach, fuel, temp, oil pressure, and voltage gauges all worked. Now, none work. I called them, and they immediately claimed it was impossible that it was their fault.
Sigh.

Because they didn’t touch the electrical at all. Right. Jamokes

Possibly redundant advice: Maybe they just popped a fuse?

I’d check fuses first, then see if there’s anything left unplugged behind the dash. That’s a lot of stuff to just drop out at once.

Wait, so they did a bunch of work specifically on the car’s electrical system and then said there was no way an electrical problem was their fault? Like if you went in for a new set of tires and when you left one of them fell off...how is it not their fault?

Do they know you’re a lawyer?

Can you please post a pic of the look on their faces the moment they realize how badly this will end for them ?

Ground wire.

Sounds like either the ground for the cluster was disconnected or the fuse blew.

Lol, how is that not their fault?!
